Hope currently offers two practitioner advancement trainings. All of Hope's work sits on a solid foundation of being trauma-informed and working in an intuitive and integrity led way.

Reclaim Your Power

This workshop is for anyone at any level of their journey. I offer an “everyone is welcome” space.

 

If you feel nervous, a little bit scared or intimated by this workshop then this is a biiiig sign that you’d benefit from this. If you feel super duper excited and activated, then obviouslyyyyyyy you are joining!!

I like the element of “not really knowing what to expect” but trusting that feeling of curiosity, whilst acknowledging the other emotions that come up.

 

How does the concessions fee work?

If you’d love to attend the workshop, but wouldn’t financially be able to afford it if you had to pay the upper price, then the lower price is for you. I trust you to choose the option which matches your current financial circumstances. You will be invited to a WhatsApp group, so we can discuss dates that work for all of those interested. At the moment, I’m considering Sat Nov 30th, or Sat Dec 7th. Full payment made upfront by bank transfer to secure your spot

What will we be doing?!

I will ask the group a series of questions to help each participant to identify stored emotions such as shame, fear, guilt, grief, resentment, and through playfully using the voice, breathe, movement and touch you will release, alchemise and transform these stored emotions into stories of empowerment, authentic expression and relating, coming into your truth and creating heart-centred connection.

Make Your Own Ceremonial Smudger

Are you an energy healer, workshop facilitator or just wanting a personal smudger to cleanse your space and your energy with? Do you have various objects you've collected over time from various places that feel sacred to you?

With my guidance you shall create your very own ceremonial smudger. I shall provide various feathers, crystals and tools for you to use. I can help you create a concept that works for you, that is practical and built well.
